Turkey is a good source of protein and includes a range of micronutrients including the B vitamins (B3, B6 & B12) and selenium which collectively have a number of important roles within the body including supporting our skin and nervous system.
The root veg parsnip provides fibre, vitamins C and K which support digestive, immune and bone health.
The variety of other veg and fruit provide other sources of fibre and micronutrients that keep our bodies healthy.

As your baby will have gotten used to smooth textures, our 7-10 months pots start to include very soft lumps within the thicker soft texture to encourage chewing. We want to help get your little one used to seeing and tasting a variety of different flavours by introducing spices and herbs into exciting and colourful combinations.

By 10 months, our pots introduce soft pea-sized lumps and chunks into a thick puree to encourage chewing.

By 12-24 months, your little one is gradually learning how to eat just like Mummy and Daddy! Our pots now consist of baby bite-sized pieces as your little one is confident with chewing. This is the stage when children can often be a bit picky so here is when it’s really important to keep persisting with variety otherwise you could get stuck in the plain pasta with butter cycle.
