This plant-based dish includes protein from the lentils and a blend of three different vegetables which contain a range of vitamins and minerals to keep your baby healthy.

Red Lentils provide a range of nutrients including protein, iron, fibre, B vitamins, magnesium, zinc and potassium. They also contain phytochemicals that support your baby’s immune function.

Sweet potatoes contain a range of nutrients including: fibre which aids digestion; vitamins including B vitamins and C which support our vision and immune system and minerals including iron and calcium. Like other orange vegetables, they are high in the antioxidant called beta-carotene.

Kale is a leafy green vegetable and contains vitamins (K and C), minerals (manganese, calcium and iron) in addition to polyphenols and fibre.

7-10 months

As your baby will have gotten used to smooth textures, our 7-10 months pots start to include very soft lumps within the thicker soft texture to encourage chewing. We want to help get your little one used to seeing and tasting a variety of different flavours by introducing spices and herbs into exciting and colourful combinations. Our fruit compotes are always blended smooth to be used as a spread on toast soldiers or stirred through porridge.

10-12 months

By 10 months, our pots introduce soft pea-sized lumps and chunks into a thick puree to encourage chewing.

12+ months

By 12-24 months, your little one is gradually learning how to eat just like Mummy and Daddy! Our pots now consist of baby bite-sized pieces as your little one is confident with chewing. This is the stage when children can often be a bit picky so here is when it’s really important to keep persisting with variety otherwise you could get stuck in the plain pasta with butter cycle.
